ECT
- I’ve also had ECT done for a while. ECT is electroconvulsive therapy, otherwise known as electroshock therapy or shock treatment. I’ve had 22 treatments so far and I’m probably going to be restarting them soon. I stopped because of memory loss and severe anxiety due to an “awareness” episode. If you have any questions just ask.
Right now I’m on 15 mg of navane (thiothixene), 2 mg of cogentin (benztropine), 0.2 mg of catapres (clonidine), with 5 mg of haldol (haloperidol) and 3 mg of ativan (lorazepam) PRN.
